At Rødder, we create dining experiences for the people using the best local, organic seasonal produce. We have been doing this since 2010. At Rødder, we have a close collaboration with small, local, regenerative, and organic farms and producers with their heart in the right place. A meal should be cozy, full of flavor and nutrition, and produced with care for both animals, people, and the planet. This is what we deliver at Rødder, whether it's on the lunch table in our canteen Rødders Køkken, at parties, long tables in the field, conferences, corporate catering, and wherever else we can serve the fantastic local produce.

Every day, we work hard to elevate the bar for Danish food culture in the green transition. And we strive to constantly create business and work based on social, economic, and climate sustainability principles.
