Yusra's Kitchen

We are proud to be able to offer dishes from Yusra's Kitchen through TIFFIN's lunch catering in Copenhagen. Here, authentic Syrian food is made with a focus on dignity, quality, and generosity. Personal experiences as refugees are used to promote integration. The philosophy is that integration is a two-way process.

The kitchen serves as a training ground for women with trauma, physical disabilities, and other health issues. This means flexible working hours and a holistic approach to the employees' needs. The mission is to create jobs for refugees by utilizing their experiences from their home country.
